Dulu kecoh pasal hrga minyak naik...dulu our citizen dont care about the world oil market price TAPI sekarang ni, pantang harga minyak turun naik semua peka jee....kalo harga minyak dunia USD XXX so our harga petrol will be RM XXX...elok juga dulu, terbukti rakyat kita dah peka bab2 ini...kalo dulu bape oil price pon kita x kisah, janji minyak ada and tak naik..
My personal view la kan..if our oil price always change, akan mmberi kesan kepada owner tokey minyak...can you imagine hari ni tokey pam station beli harga mahal pastu tiba2 harga minyak turun...dah dia kena follow...that why ada owner pam minyak gulung tikar...PIKIR2 laaa....
Sebenonye our oil price ni is manage by Goverment, in economy we call in Oligopoly Market, means all the price must be same from 1 company to other company, ada element monopoli that why not many company involve in this market, kalo kat malaysia ni cuma ada PETRONAS, Shell, Exxon Mobil, BP...
Maksudnye whwn the goverment announced the oil price all these oil distributor mesti ikut harga yg telah di setkan oleh goverment, kalo tak buat mesti kena potong leher...hehehe..
Tp sekarang ni since the market price is very low, i think our goverment need to tahe several step that i think are possible to implement
1) To re eveluate our subsidi minyak to all rakyat (tuko styele la)sekarang ni mcm x effective jee
2) Set Slling Price - Certain Harga yg terpaling tinggi, and if the world oil price more that this price, kerajaan kena tampung melalui beberapa langkah, selalunye this situation x lama...
3) Set Floor Price-Certain harga yg paling rendah, if the harga lebih bawah dr this price, harga minyak kita x payah diturunkan lagi, through this way kita dapat menyimpan income utk dijadikan subsidi semasa harga minyak tinggi dr harga siling. Yang aku pelik orang malaysia ni..bila minyak naik je salah kan PETRONAS, dah bape kali aku nak explain, harga minyak kerajaan yg tetapkan based on what ever mekanisma yg di guna pakai.PETRONAS nye tanggungjawab cari minyak, prosess minyak, generate income to goverment, bayar cukai (mmg bnyk giler nilai dia) tu jeee..
