My Fisio Activities
1) Tegakkan and strengten kaki push as bawah as you can-do it 4 minutess
2) Tegakkan and strengten kaki angkat without support - 4 minutes also
3) Begkokkan lutut, start withour your hand support and followed by your hand support. Try to achieve 90 degree. Fail...hari ni dapat 80 degree jee
4) Tegakkan kaki kiri and letak getah di hujung kaki...tekan up and down
5) Tegakkan and strengten kaki and goyang ke kiri and ke kanan
6) Kepit bola kat above lutut and push tekan
7) Mengiring tegakkan kaki kiri and angkat hold 5 saat
8) Meniarap tegakkan kaki and angkat kaki straight
9) Naik tangga using tongkat, always use good kaki fist to naik , tongkat g kemudian
10) Turun tangga using tongkat, start with yg kaki sakit dulu, tongkat pegi dulu..
Harap2 tulis dlm blog ni x lupa bila nak apply kat bilik or umah nnt bleh buat...Continue esok :)
