Discharge

Tepat jam 6.45 pm dgn rasminya saya di discharge from hospital...yahoooo...but i still need to go for physiotherapy tp atleast x dok spital...

Sblm discharge Dr dtg bilik....tq datuk...

Dia suruh nurse bersikan luka ku...nmpk kecik je kn...TP rasa hingga ke tulang...

mlm td mmg hari bosan seduna sbb mek ain blik bangi tido ngan anis....so layan karok guna you tube, i gmbr dia...video pon ada tp segan nk post...hikhik...

Tq to all staff at wad 5f...

mesti ramai have the same though "Minah Rosseemoh ni mengalah kan Minister" kalo setakat dtg event, pastu buat opening..speech baca text, mak aku pon bleh....apa daaaa..

Agak2 tak de org besar ke bleh tegur dia. maybe the best person is Tun or Agung...mcm dia tegur KJ dulu..

Discharge

Insyallah esok boleh balik...Yeaaa....tak sabar nak gomol Sarah and Anis...tp Fisio still kena continue buat kat sini sampai hari sabtu...

Fisiotraphy 2 day

Today cannot achieve target 90 degree to stretch my knee..td dapat 80 degre je..hAve to do more excercise at room..target esok can reach 90 degree and more.

My Fisio Activities

1) Tegakkan and strengten kaki push as bawah as you can-do it 4 minutess

2) Tegakkan and strengten kaki angkat without support - 4 minutes also

3) Begkokkan lutut, start withour your hand support and followed by your hand support. Try to achieve 90 degree. Fail...hari ni dapat 80 degree jee

4) Tegakkan kaki kiri and letak getah di hujung kaki...tekan up and down

5) Tegakkan and strengten kaki and goyang ke kiri and ke kanan

6) Kepit bola kat above lutut and push tekan

7) Mengiring tegakkan kaki kiri and angkat hold 5 saat

8) Meniarap tegakkan kaki and angkat kaki straight

9) Naik tangga using tongkat, always use good kaki fist to naik , tongkat g kemudian

10) Turun tangga using tongkat, start with yg kaki sakit dulu, tongkat pegi dulu..

Harap2 tulis dlm blog ni x lupa bila nak apply kat bilik or umah nnt bleh buat...Continue esok :)

Nikmat Allah SWT

Sebelum ni i always heard "kita kena syukur nikmat yg di berikan oleh Allah SWT" i 'll support 100000000000000000 % this statement. Bila left knee ni sakit baru tahu betapa sukarnye keidupan those yg tak de kaki...can you imagine....Subhanallah.....Syukur pada mu tuhan....

Sunday, tak de major xtvt, cuma tidur lepak nengok F1...tu je laaa...mmg boring kan duduk kat Hospital ni....

After Datuk Dr Asri visit dia mintak nurse change the current balutan and cuci sikit..terus tanye nurse yg eskot dia...sapa yg buat ke? dia jwb dgn senyuman " jgn takut bukan nurse yg aku band tu" uh syukur..... :) actually pg tu i request to akak tu x nak nurse yg ganaz tu buat keje2 at aku...takut seh....aku rela nurse mak cik2 yg garang tp buat keje cermat dari yg bnyk mulut tp buat keje ganaz....

One Nurse Sabahan tu yg buat ni....rileks jee...ada 4 lubang..lubang yg besar tu tempat dia amek hamstng tendon ku and masukkan teleskot utk surgery process..yg kiri and kanan tu tempat dia ikat ligmen tu...rasaye cm tu laaa..

Ni la alat yg paling saya suka....hikhik...lega je lutut ni sbb dia sejuk....

Tong ni la yg simpan ice utk salur ke bandadge kat atas tu.

Ni ubat every morning, afternoon and malam kena telan...ngantuk seh....moffin bnyk agaknyeee

Kalo dan boring, ni la keje saya...shoot senja scenery from my room....
